Ownership
There are a number of ways to get involved in ownership from being sole owner to being part of a partnership or syndicate.
Sole Ownership - One individual being responsible for the purchase of the horse and all training, travel, vet and entry costs. Your horse will run in your own name and colours with up to 4 badges on racedays enabling entry to the paddock and owners and trainers area, and most importantly any prize money that your horse wins is yours.
Syndicates & Co-Ownership - A fun and affordable way to be involved with the costs shared between the group with badges for the partners on racedays enabling entry to the paddock and owners and trainers area. Becoming a member of a syndicate can also be a very sociable and enjoyable experience either joining an already established syndicate or creating your own with a group of friends.
Corporate Ownership – An innovative way to promote the name of your company and build your brand with your horse carrying the company name as a way of successfully promoting your business. You could arrange days out at the races for staff, promoting team building and boosting staff morale!
What do you get as an Owner?
As an owner we want you to be involved as much as you would like. We will provide regular and informative updates of your horse’s progress and you are always welcome to come and see your horse in training at Marlborough House Stables with either breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea. You can also contact Louise directly to discuss your horse’s progress and plans at any time.
Don't forget, one of the main aspects of being an owner is simply enjoying the thrill and excitement of a day at the races with family and friends and hopefully making it to the winners enclosure!
